To strengthen our team in the customer service area, we are looking for a motivated and committed Customer Service Employee, 40%, at the Hinwil location from 01.06.2026.
Your responsibilities
- You take care of customer concerns and complaints and develop solutions quickly and confidently.
- You ensure comprehensive and competent advice in the assortment and service area, covering both our offline and online offerings.
- You place webshop orders for our customers via tablet, thus creating a unique, comprehensive shopping experience.
- You are the contact point for e-shop pickups and e-shop returns.
- You are an expert for our Manor World Mastercard and our loyalty programmes.
- You take on general administrative tasks in the back office.
Your profile
- Ideally, you have completed basic training in retail or a commercial field.
- You have experience in a comparable role, preferably in customer service.
- You are a communicative personality and enjoy interacting with different stakeholders.
- You can handle a high customer frequency and keep an overview even in hectic situations.
- You are a team player and value a neat appearance and exemplary manners.
- You have good IT skills and are proficient in common Office applications.
- You speak fluent German and preferably have knowledge of another national language.
- You have a clean debt collection and criminal record extract.
