About the job
"Fugu" day nurseries are a private enterprise committed to expanding family-supportive childcare at attractive locations. Our "Fugu" house is located at Wehntalerstrasse 400 in the Glaubten development in the centre of Affoltern in district 11. Parking spaces for dropping off and collecting children are also available. We have 340m2 of light-flooded rooms at our disposal, which we have developed and furnished in a child-friendly manner. Opening hours are from 7.00 am to 6.30 pm.
Working with children is full of life and you will certainly never be bored. As an intern, you gain your first experiences in the professional world. We accompany you on your journey with care and empathy and support you with our expertise. You learn the basics of childcare and are allowed to take on more responsibility continuously. It is important to us that your backpack is full of knowledge and experience at the end of the internship year. This way, you feel ready to start training as a childcare professional.
TASKS
• Collaborate in the meaningful and appropriate organisation of everyday life
• Support the group leader in managing the children’s group according to the educational principles of the "Fugu" day nurseries
• Gather first professional experiences under guidance
• Co-organise celebrations, festivals and events
REQUIREMENTS
• Completed compulsory schooling
• Joy and interest in working with children and in a team
• Very good oral and written German skills
• Reliable and resilient
• Self-reflection, willingness to develop further
• Good manners
