About the position
As an intern within our Neurology/Rheumatology team, you will have the opportunity to actively contribute to the marketing of our innovative products and bring in your entrepreneurial flair. You will be fully integrated into the Neurology/Rheumatology team in the development and implementation of the overall communication and activity strategy as well as the marketing activities, and you will also independently take on your own projects. Main responsibilities:
- Support in the strategic alignment of the product portfolio and product positioning
- Responsibility for developing operational marketing measures together with the medical department and creative agencies
- Participation in the preparation of market and competitor analyses, budget planning, and project planning
- Assistance with training and coaching of field staff
- Product-related booth support at congresses
About you
Experience
- Initial experience in marketing and/or the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage
Social competences/technical skills
- Openness and curiosity as well as proactivity
- Independent working style and responsible conduct
- Solution-oriented, with strong implementation and result orientation
- Very good team and communication skills
- High flexibility & creativity
Education
- Completed studies in business administration, in the natural sciences field or comparable courses of study
Languages
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken, are required; French or Italian skills are an advantage
- Place of residence: Switzerland
- Workload: 40 hours/week
- Location: Rotkreuz and home office
- Start date from 01.11.2026 or later for 12 months
