YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Successfully completed technical vocational training EFZ
- Completed further education in the technical and/or business administration field (FH, HF or university)
- Profound knowledge in welding technology, ideally as a welding specialist or welding engineer
- Several years of leadership experience in an industrial production environment, preferably in the aluminium processing industry
- Proven success in cross-departmental and cross-hierarchical collaboration and communication
- Assertive, practical and innovative personality with pronounced social skills
- Experience in managing technology and innovation projects
- Fluent German and English skills
YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Technical and disciplinary leadership responsibility in the aluminium locksmith department for around 40 employees
- Leadership, coaching and coordination of the subordinate team leaders in the respective sub-areas
- Supervision of interns and diploma students, especially within the framework of specific plant and technology projects
- Continuous optimisation of processes and workflows with the aim of reducing costs, shortening throughput times and increasing process reliability
- Ensuring the technical and organisational provision of the plant equipment for new vehicle projects
- Overall responsibility for plant procurement projects from the concept and development phase through procurement to production handover
- Preparation and processing of investment proposals including economic evaluation
- Ensuring production capability through an effective maintenance and servicing concept
- Building and maintaining sustainable supplier and partner contacts
