For our package tours team at the headquarters in Windisch, we are looking for a motivated and service-oriented personality with strong organisational talent. In this varied role, you will accompany our guests from consultation through booking to the successful execution of the trip. You will be in close contact with customers, drivers, and our partners, contributing significantly to a smooth travel experience. • Sales and consultation of our round trips, adventure tours, and group offers
• Support of our guests before, during, and after the trip
• Processing bookings, rebookings, and customer enquiries
• Coordination with hotels, restaurants, agencies, and other service providers
• Preparation of travel documents for guests and drivers
• Ongoing support and assistance of our trips from the office
• Contact person for drivers and partners during the trip execution
• Handling feedback and complaints
• Participation in trade fairs, sales events, and customer events
• Support in marketing and sales activities
• Opportunity to take on training tasks and supervise our apprentices in tour operating and travel consultation

• Training in the travel industry or comparable commercial training
• Experience as a practical trainer and/or a completed trainer course is an advantage
• Experience in sales and customer consultation
• Enjoyment in dealing with people and strong service orientation
• Independent, structured, and reliable working style
• Organisational talent and the ability to keep an overview even in hectic situations
• Good German skills in spoken and written form, additional languages are an advantage
• Confident handling of common Microsoft Office applications
