Your tasks
- In this role, you support the Social and Security Director in the strategic development of the directorate's objectives and the directorate itself.
- You lead the department "Staff Social and Security Directorate" with its ten employees both personnel-wise and professionally.
- As a member of the management of the Social and Security Directorate, you are responsible for ensuring that the directorate is well supported in matters of management, strategy, planning, control, and communication.
- You ensure that the directorate's business is prepared in a timely and professional manner.
- As a representative of the director, you take on representation tasks and participate in committees both internally and externally.
- You ensure that special tasks and projects of high political importance are implemented in a goal-oriented manner.
Your profile
- You have a master's degree, ideally in law, business administration, or politics, complemented by management or leadership training.
- You have a professional track record in politics/administration, ideally in the social or health sector or in staff work.
- You are conceptually strong, quickly recognize connections, and have a pronounced analytical thinking ability as well as negotiation skills.
- You think strategically and implement projects in a focused manner thanks to your structured way of working.
- As a service provider, you enjoy working interdisciplinarily and communicate clearly, confidently, and purposefully both orally and in writing.
