Electrical Draftsman/Designer Technician
As part of the development of our client’s activities, the Draftsman-Designer Technician will join and participate in the design and realisation of industrial projects in demanding environments.

- Studying and designing industrial automated installations, from solution research to the choice of automation components and the design of electrical cabinets.
- Preparing the technical documentation for projects:
- manufacturing plans for equipment assemblies;
- detailed electrical diagrams;
- bills of materials;
- I/O lists;
- cable lists and other technical documents.
- Providing technical support during tests and validations in the workshop.
- Participating, according to your skills and experience, in the commissioning of installations in French-speaking Switzerland.
- Progressively taking on additional responsibilities, such as:
- technical support to project managers;
- preparation of cost estimates and offers;
- project management and monitoring;
- developing a technical specialisation after training, for example in the ATEX field.
Your profile
- Federal VET Diploma, Higher Technical School, or University of Applied Sciences degree in electricity, automation, or equivalent training.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in an EAI design office, with essential practical field experience in an industrial environment.
- Very good command of an electrical CAD software, ideally EPLAN P8.
- Good command of IT tools, especially MS Office, as well as project tracking tools.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical, chemical or biotechnological sectors is a real asset.
- Fluency in French and good knowledge of English or German are essential.
- Analytical mind, autonomy, rigour and enthusiasm for complex technical projects.
- Team spirit and ease in communication with the various stakeholders of a project.
