Apprenticeship as a Mediamatiker/-in EFZ 2027 100%Shape the digital future with us! Would you like to become part of Switzerland's economic engine and shape your professional future in a versatile and modern working environment? Then you are exactly right at the Canton of Zurich. Around 300 apprentices complete their training with us in 25 different professions. Currently, around 70 young people are learning in ICT vocational training alone and actively shaping the digital future of the canton.
The apprenticeship
As a Mediamatiker EFZ, you combine creativity, communication and technology. Your training begins with a basic year, in which you acquire the most important professional fundamentals. You learn to design, produce and publish texts, images, videos, audio content and digital media tailored to the target audience.
Your tasks include designing digital and printed media, creating content for websites and social media, as well as collaborating on projects in the fields of communication, marketing, design and multimedia. You use modern tools and technologies and develop creative solutions for different target groups.
The requirements
You attend secondary school level A and consistently achieve good results, especially in mathematics as well as in German and foreign languages. You are creative, interested in digital media and new technologies, and possess a quick grasp and logical thinking skills. In addition, you enjoy working in a team, communicate confidently and enjoy interacting with people.
