What you will achieve with us
In this responsible role, you actively support the ward management in leading and promoting around 25 dedicated employees. In close collaboration with the ward management, vocational training, and specialist expertise, you ensure and develop high-quality nursing care, taking into account the economic key figures and the goals of acute care. You introduce innovations and development projects together with the department's management team and accompany them to successful implementation. In your role, you bring a great deal of personal responsibility and a high degree of independence in daily decision-making. Additionally, you take on the responsibility for equipment and materials in the department. Besides the varied leadership tasks, you support direct patient care and assume daily responsibility.
What you bring with you
- You are a qualified nurse HF/FH with solid professional experience
- You have initial experience with leadership tasks and/or have already completed leadership training
- You have the courage and willingness to take new and unconventional paths
- You possess strong organisational skills, are flexible and resilient
- You are characterised by your commitment and your sense of economic thinking
- You convince through high social competence, a sense of responsibility and good communication skills
- You work constructively with other professional groups
