What is my role?

• You ensure maintenance as well as minor repairs and the care of buildings and facilities

• You check fire protection systems and infrastructure and ensure their flawless function

• You take on cleaning tasks and ensure that consumables are always available

• You support projects, coordinate tasks efficiently and keep an overview

• You take care of the maintenance of the vehicle fleet and undertake minor goods transports if necessary

• In the absence of the Facility Manager, you responsibly assume their deputy role

What do I need to be successful?

• You have manual skills and a good technical understanding

• Ideally, you already have experience in a comparable role

• You are characterised by high flexibility, working independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner

• You hold a category B driving licence and are mobile

• You communicate clearly, enjoy working in a team and are willing to get stuck in
