where as a Store Manager* you- take over the management of a Starbucks coffeehouse and the responsibility for the operating result while adhering to budget guidelines
- positively recognize your team for outstanding performance and offer empowering coaching
- are responsible for recruiting, training, caring for, and promoting your partners
- set the daily and weekly personnel requirements (scheduling)
- take responsibility for the entire purchasing and presentation of our products in the store
- offer all customers high-quality drinks and products while adhering to all recipe, presentation, as well as health, safety, and cleanliness standards
- provide all customers with legendary service and build a connection with them at the first encounter
- meet all our customers with clear and pleasant communication and respond to their customer needs
- ensure a clean and organized workplace and store
