About the job
You ensure that our ERP system and the connected interfaces function reliably in everyday use. As the central point of contact in 1st & 2nd level support, you analyse faults, identify their causes, and ensure operations together with our internal and external ICT partners. In doing so, you work at the interface between business, ERP, integration platforms, and external ICT service providers.
