Job Description

• Overall responsibility for the successful implementation of software projects – from planning through design, implementation, testing and integration to a successful go-live.
• Management of budget, deadlines, quality, resources and risks as well as ensuring professional project governance throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Leadership and coordination of interdisciplinary teams as well as management of internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
• Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships as the central contact person and advising on technical, organisational and technical issues.
• Continuous development of project management methods, quality standards and best practices as well as support for presales activities and less experienced project managers.
• Service Delivery Management; you coordinate capacities in your support group and administer small projects and change management.

Applicant Profile

• Completed studies in computer science, business informatics or a comparable field.
• Several years of experience in managing complex software projects with proven success in on-time and economical project execution.
• Sound knowledge of classical and agile project management methods as well as experience in budget, risk and stakeholder management.
• Strong leadership, communication and consulting skills combined with a structured, solution-oriented and independent working style.
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken; French skills are an advantage as well as willingness to travel within Europe (approx. 5–10%).
