- Your three-year training is the ideal combination of theory and practice
- You go through all departments of your training store and get a behind-the-scenes look at an internationally successful fashion company
- You learn everything about fabrics, styles, and colors to create a successful shopping experience for our customers as a fashion consultant*
- Your creativity is required in visual merchandising, as the goal is to optimally showcase our latest styles
- You always keep an eye on the economic success of your store. You analyze sales statistics and sell-throughs and derive appropriate measures
- Your trainer* coaches and supports you with all challenges
- You are also intensively prepared theoretically for all tasks: at vocational school, as well as through internal seminars and projects
