Job Description

Your duties include operating, monitoring, and setting up production equipment as well as ensuring a smooth production process. You will carry out quality checks according to specified standards, resolve minor malfunctions, and report technical issues. Additionally, you will document production data and take responsibility for packaging, labelling, and preparing the produced goods. Compliance with hygiene, quality, and safety regulations is also part of your role, as is supporting the team with general production tasks.

We Expect

Ideally, you have completed a technical or craft apprenticeship and preferably already have experience as a plant operator or in a production environment. You possess good technical understanding and enjoy working with machines. You are characterised by an independent, reliable, and quality-conscious working style as well as physical resilience. Furthermore, you have good German language skills, both spoken and written, are willing to work shifts, and demonstrate teamwork and a sense of responsibility.
