The Office for Informatics (AFI) is the IT competence centre of the Canton of Zurich. It provides comprehensive services in the area of central IT infrastructure and canton-wide applications for directorates, authorities, the judiciary, and independent institutions. Commissioned with the implementation of the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) strategy, the Office for Informatics accompanies and supports the Canton of Zurich into the digital world.
With the upcoming go-live of SAP SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA, the next stage of our HXM solution begins. After the introduction of the Recruiting, Onboarding, and Employee Central modules, the next expansion steps with Performance & Goals as well as Learning are already underway. Together with the Business Services HXM team, you will continuously develop the platform further and actively shape the HR system landscape of the Canton of Zurich.

Your tasks

• Support, further develop and optimise the cantonal SAP SuccessFactors solutions for Recruiting, Onboarding, and Employee Central.
• Analyse business requirements and develop technical solutions together with the Personnel Office and specialist departments.
• Participate in and lead subprojects in exciting initiatives around SAP SuccessFactors.
• Advise specialist departments and coordinate collaboration with internal specialist units as well as external partners.
• Ensure a stable application and service operation.
• Contribute to the further development of the HR system landscape and the next expansion stages of SuccessFactors.

Your profile

• University degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification.
• Experience in application management of SAP, ideally with knowledge of classic SAP HR modules (PA/OM); alternatively, experience in supporting complex business applications.
• Career changers welcome: several years of experience in the HR environment with a strong IT affinity and good knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors – you want to take the step into IT.
• Strong understanding of technical contexts, interfaces, and the integration of business applications.
• Experience in participating in or leading IT projects and enjoyment in collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills as well as an independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style.
