Your Tasks
- Conducting all payroll and time accounting according to current legal regulations
- Updating master data in the payroll and time recording system
- Approval of electronic expense reimbursement documents
- Creating evaluations and key figures
- Submitting accident and sick notifications to SUVA and sick pay insurance (Sunet)
- Responsible for administrative tasks in HR (e.g. welcome day, employee information, service anniversaries, etc.)
- Participation in HR projects
- Supervising the KV trainees in the area
Your Profile
- Commercial basic training
- Further training as a Payroll Specialist is an advantage
- At least 4 years of professional experience in payroll
- Good ABACUS knowledge as well as strong MS Office skills
- Experience as a practical trainer
- Native German speaker
- French language skills are an advantage
