Transport Clerk (m/f/d)
CAMION TRANSPORT Rümlang | Working hours approximately 06:00 – 15:30 and 08:00 – 17:30

In our state-of-the-art Cargo Logistics Centre Rümlang, you are part of a 110-strong family. Close to the airport, you will find outstanding infrastructure, modern work equipment, and a collegial atmosphere with drive.
Your tasks
- Support the dispatch department in all administrative tasks
- Recording and clarifying transport orders
- Shipment recording and handling of collection orders for driving staff
- Contact with internal and external customers
- Administrative activities in the area of transport and dispatch
- Notification of shipments (by phone/written)
- Support/deputy in irregularity service and in the exchange equipment management
- Simple tasks in transhipment (labelling goods, scanning shipments including stocktaking, taking photos, providing information from the system to employees, drivers + transhipment)
What you bring
- Commercial work experience, preferably in the transport, logistics or forwarding sectors
- Independent, precise and efficient working style
- Resilient, team-oriented as well as confident and calm demeanour even in hectic situations
- Confident in German business correspondence
- Proficient in MS Office, SAP knowledge is an advantage
