To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for a (Senior) Consultant with experience in areas such as business analysis, AI and automation to support client engagements.We are a dynamic team specialising in first-class AI and data services. Your Main Responsibilities

• Support our clients on a project basis in topics such as data strategy, data architecture, data analysis, data visualisation, process automation, data governance and data science
• Assist in the preparation, planning and execution of workshops and interviews, e.g. for initial consulting or co-creation/design thinking workshops
• Analyse, capture and document requirements for data, AI and automation use cases in close coordination with stakeholders. Ensure a clear and precise definition of requirements to meet client needs
• Create business cases, use case analyses, user interfaces (models with wireframes or mockups) and data strategy
• Translate requirements and business rules from functional and business analysis into system requirements and interface requirements
• Develop, validate, prioritise, document and manage requirements and framework conditions of stakeholders for the IT systems to be implemented
• Implement requirements and develop a use case (e.g. AI analysis)
• Ensure communication with stakeholders and specialist departments

Your Competencies

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in German and English
• Successfully completed business or IT degree with excellent results
• Several years of experience (1-5 years) in business analysis/business consulting and/or business requirements engineering
• Ideally, you already have further training in business analysis and/or business requirements engineering, e.g. Foundation in IREB, CBAP/CCBA
• Practical experience (1-5 years) in the broader data, analytics and automation field (at least 1 area of experience): data engineering, AI & advanced analytics (including statistics), process automation with UiPath / Power Apps etc.
• Practical programming experience (e.g. with Python, etc.)
• Experience with project management methods (e.g. Hermes, SCRUM, SAFe, RUP) and technical methods (e.g. DevOps, MLOps etc.), notations (BPMN, UML) and tools for modelling and managing requirements (e.g. Innovator from MID or EA from SparxSystems)
• Knowledge in stakeholder management and a customer-oriented working style
• Excellent team player who enjoys working in an inclusive environment but can also work independently
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving competence
