Your Tasks
- Joint strategic and operational management of the department with the Head of Nursing Surgery and Medicine.
- Supervision and coordination of processes concerning timely and effective examinations, treatments, nursing, and therapeutic measures for patients.
- Responsibility for planning and deployment of approved resources such as personnel, materials, rooms, investments, and project credits.
- Responsibility for adherence to the budget and staffing plan.
- Responsibility for the economic results.
- Coordination and assurance of quality tasks.
Your Profile
- A completed training in nursing
- At least four years of leadership experience in an acute hospital
- A solid further education in nursing and/or health management
- Experience in strategic and operational leadership
- Networked and entrepreneurial thinking
- Enjoyment of leadership, change, and further development
- The ability to inspire employees, provide orientation, and actively shape change processes
- Clear, appreciative, and solution-oriented communication
- Courage and initiative to take new paths and drive developments forward
