Job DescriptionYour mission
Participate in the evolution of the unit and the development of innovative pedagogical approaches to meet the needs of our beneficiaries in their socio-professional integration journey.
Your main activities
- Strengthen the existing team of training officers;
- Design training schemes according to innovative pedagogical approaches;
- Analyse training needs and evaluate existing schemes including external ones;
- Design varied teaching materials, including digital;
- Design curricula;
- Manage communities of adult learners and trainers;
- Develop internal and external partnerships;
- Contribute to the formalisation of the quality file (fide, eduQua), statistics, and qualitative studies.
Your profile
- A university Bachelor’s degree in educational sciences or equivalent training;
- Knowledge and experience in language training for integration for migrant populations and/or those with learning difficulties;
- Proven experience in andragogical training engineering;
- Comfort with information and communication technologies;
- Ease with the community of trainers;
- Adaptability, curiosity, interpersonal skills, sense of collaboration;
- Excellent command of the French language.
