We promote the social and professional reintegration of people receiving social assistance, we welcome and accommodate asylum seekers whom we support in their integration journey. Finally, we participate in the fight against the isolation of seniors.

We are more than 1,600 employees spread over 60 sites throughout the canton. We support more than 40,000 people.

Your mission

Participate in the evolution of the unit and the development of innovative pedagogical approaches to meet the needs of our beneficiaries in their socio-professional integration journey.

Your main activities

• Strengthen the existing team of training officers;
• Design training schemes according to innovative pedagogical approaches;
• Analyse training needs and evaluate existing schemes including external ones;
• Design varied teaching materials, including digital;
• Design curricula;
• Manage communities of adult learners and trainers;
• Develop internal and external partnerships;
• Contribute to the formalisation of the quality file (fide, eduQua), statistics, and qualitative studies.

Your profile

• A university Bachelor’s degree in educational sciences or equivalent training;
• Knowledge and experience in language training for integration for migrant populations and/or those with learning difficulties;
• Proven experience in andragogical training engineering;
• Comfort with information and communication technologies;
• Ease with the community of trainers;
• Adaptability, curiosity, interpersonal skills, sense of collaboration;
• Excellent command of the French language.
