Embedded SW Engineer 80 – 100 % (m/f/d)

The Business Unit Robotics develops, produces, and markets pipetting robots to automate liquid handling processes for the pharmaceutical, food industry, and cell or DNA research sectors.

What you can achieve:

• Maintenance and further development of embedded software
• Analysis of errors including their resolution
• Testing of embedded software through integration and verification
• Creation of embedded software release packages including release notes
• Creation and maintenance of interface definitions including command sets to ensure smooth communication between system components
• Consideration of both business and technical requirements of all customers as communicated by stakeholders, with the aim of providing embedded software
• Implementation and continuous maintenance of customised system applications
• Ensuring correct functionality and consistency of all relevant system interfaces
• Management of subprojects and product developments
• Coordination and alignment with other business units regarding system-related issues and cross-functional requirements
• Creation and execution of module test scripts in applicable programming languages
• Ensuring product quality and costs in line with our high standards

What you bring with you:

– Bachelor’s degree

– Experience in embedded software engineering
