The Clair Bois Foundation is a private organisation benefiting from a service contract with the State of Geneva. At its six sites located in Pregny-Chambésy, Lancy (Child and Adolescent Centre), Pinchat, Chêne-Bougeries, Chêne-Bourg and in the City of Geneva (Adult Centre), it welcomes people with multiple disabilities. It also supports young people in initial training and employs a significant number of staff in adapted employment.

For its Adult Centre at the Minoteries home, the Foundation is looking for:

An ASSC Night Watcher

Job description:

• Accompany the adults welcomed in the home during the nights
• Ensure the areas of care and personal assistance
• Perform medical-technical acts under the delegation of a nurse
• Contribute to optimal information flow and quality of links between the different professions of the multidisciplinary teams during handovers

Qualifications:

• An ASSC Federal VET Diploma with the right to practise in Geneva
• Certified ability to work night shifts (12 hours)
• Experience with people with disabilities is an asset
• Sense of responsibility and ability to work independently
• Proficiency in common IT tools
• Swiss nationality or valid permit
