Specialist Corporate Communications and Marketing 60% (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- You support the strategic further development of our employer brand and ensure that it is consistently aligned with our corporate brand
- In doing so, you develop target group-relevant and authentic messages and strengthen the visibility of our company as an employer on both internal and external communication platforms
- You develop appropriate measures and formats for recruitment and retention in cooperation with HR recruiting
- Design of career events and trade fair appearances
- Event management of internal and external events
- As a sparring partner of the Head of Corporate Development & Marketing, you are conceptually and operationally involved in various company projects
- Support of the team in daily marketing and communication business
Your profile
- Completed further education or studies in marketing/communication and solid experience in a similar work environment (healthcare advantageous)
- Experience in cross-media communication and employer marketing
- Professional competence in project work
- Excellent writing and communication skills in German
- Solution-oriented and precise working style
- Organizationally strong, flexible, and team-oriented personality
