The School Psychological Service (SPD) Uster is a supra-regional service for five school communities. It accompanies and supports schools and families in their educational and integration mission. In addition to school psychological assessments and special school assessments, this also includes counselling and support for parents, children and adolescents as well as school management and school teaching and specialist staff.

Your main tasks
- Personnel, professional and administrative management of the service
- Professional support and assistance of the employees, especially through counselling,
- coaching and intervision
- Ensuring and further developing the professional quality of the School Psychological Service
- Promoting a respectful, benevolent and sustainable team cohesion
- Creating framework conditions in which employees can continue to work independently and on the basis of mutual trust
- Representing the School Psychological Service towards schools, parents and other stakeholders with joy and conviction
You bring with you
- Master's degree in Psychology (university or university of applied sciences)
- Several years of professional experience in school psychology
- Specialist title in child and adolescent psychology FSP or psychotherapy is an advantage
- Experience in leadership or corresponding further training. Applicants who are willing to complete leadership training are also welcome
- Stable and self-reflective personality with high adaptability and flexibility
- Authenticity and the ability to combine clarity with appreciation
- Enjoyment in leading a competent and independently working team
