Job Description

• You take responsibility for monitoring and operating a Wernli production plant
• You ensure compliance with quality and safety regulations
• You actively participate in our continuous improvement process and contribute your ideas for improvement
• You can resolve minor malfunctions on the plant

We expect

• You have completed basic training (ideally in the food sector) or have experience in plant operation
• Your technical understanding of plants and machines distinguishes you
• Your good German skills (spoken/written) are essential
• You appreciate the benefits of working in a two-shift model (Monday to Friday)
