Health Specialist EFZ, Spitex
Your tasks
- Support with basic and treatment care according to care planning
- Basic and treatment care during night shifts as needed
- Observation of health status and communication of relevant information
- Accompaniment and support in daily life
- Care documentation according to internal guidelines
- Collaboration with HF/FH nursing professionals and the interdisciplinary team
Your profile
- Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
- Ideally experience in Spitex or in long-term/acute care
- Independent, responsible and flexible working style
- High social competence, empathy and enjoyment in working with people
- Teamwork skills and reliability
- Driving licence category B
