Negishi Urban Sushi, an innovative food concept by the Wiesner Gastronomie AG family, was launched in 2006 and has since secured a firm place in the hearts of sushi lovers. With a variety of creative sushi creations – from classic to vegetarian variations – the restaurant delights a wide range of guests. The venue in the Metalli shopping centre in Zug invites you to enjoy delicious sushi on the terrace in a relaxed atmosphere. In addition, the team also handles incoming take-away and delivery orders. With around 200 seats, Negishi offers ample space for numerous visitors.

Your versatile tasks:
Cleaning the kitchen and washing the dishes 🧽
Supporting production tasks in the kitchen 🍳
Adhering to all hygiene guidelines and quality standards ✅
Maintaining order in storerooms and kitchen 🗄️
Assisting with the preparation of mise en place for lunch and dinner service 🍴
Your talents & experience:
Several years of experience in the kitchen 👨 🍳
Good spoken German skills 🗣️
You work cleanly and precisely ✨
