Application Manager, 80% to 100%
Our IT team needs your support! We are looking for someone to start immediately or by arrangement.
In this role, you will report directly to the IT manager and ensure the reliable operation of specialist applications and IT systems in the context of computer-based systems – particularly in the production and laboratory environment. Your responsibilities include:
- Responsibility for specialist applications such as CATO, Codesoft, Formweigh, or Chromeleon, from implementation to operation and further development, including support and interface management
- Co-designing the system architecture and responsibility for the entire lifecycle of the applications managed
- Analysis and collection from the specialist departments, development of solution concepts, and coordination of implementation in collaboration with internal teams as well as external software partners and suppliers
- Recording and maintaining user access and rights
- Participation in cross-departmental projects and taking on responsibility in specific working groups
- Creation and maintenance of operational and GxP documentation according to applicable standards
- Completed training in computer science or a technical apprenticeship with relevant further education in computer science
- Several years of professional experience in application management of specialist applications and mission-critical IT applications
- Solid knowledge in incident, problem, and service request management according to ITIL standards
- Experience with GAMP guidelines and software validation in regulated environments
- You work responsibly, collegially, and independently
- Fluent German skills and strong communication abilities
- Willingness to be on call
