About the job
With our more than 500 employees, the Regional Medical-Social Centre of Sierre (Intercommunal Association) has the mission to offer various services to the entire population of the 11 member municipalities. Our main services cover diverse areas, notably home help and care, social action, employment, prevention, and childcare.
To complement our Home Help and Care service, we are looking for a
ASSC between 50% and 100%
Your profile
- You hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a Community Health and Care Assistant
- You demonstrate autonomy and flexibility
- You possess good analytical skills and have a synthetic mind
- You work both in a team and independently
- You appreciate human contact and are client-oriented
- You have access to a private vehicle
Your mission
- You actively collaborate, in a multidisciplinary team, for the well-being and safety of clients
- You participate in the objectives and follow-ups of care management
- You provide hygiene, prevention, and maintenance care as well as medico-technical acts delegated by the nurse
- You embody the values of our institution and contribute to continuous improvement
