Plant Operator 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

For the annual production season of a Swiss industrial company, we are looking for a committed individual to operate and monitor a production plant from mid-September to early January.

Your tasks

• Operating, monitoring as well as starting up and shutting down a production plant

• Ensuring a stable and efficient production process

• Monitoring and controlling product quality

• Detecting, analysing and resolving process-related disturbances

• Adhering to specified operational and quality standards

• Maintaining operational records and preparing reports

• Performing simple maintenance and repair tasks

• Operating and monitoring the process control system

• Preparing delivery notes and carrying out administrative tasks

• Performing simple quality checks and analyses

• Supporting scheduling tasks

• Filling, loading and preparing products for shipment

What do I need to be successful?

• Good manual skills and technical understanding

• Good German language skills, spoken and written

• Confident use of PC applications

• Resilient, reliable and flexible personality

• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system

• Forklift licence is an advantage
