For our Lausanne city centre office, with a current real estate team of about twenty employees, we are looking for an experienced employee:
In your role, you assist property managers in managing rental properties (residential, commercial premises) and condominiums.
YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
Independently handle secretarial duties, process correspondence, update computer data, schedule appointments, etc.
Manage data related to the properties concerned.
Ensure the control and management of property and heating invoices, their allocation and recharging to the relevant parties; prepare final statements.
Manage oral and written communication with various contacts (tenants, authorities, owners, caretakers, etc.).
Actively support the rental service in preparing documentation for vacant apartments; selecting tenant candidates and leaseholders and verifying references, as well as drafting rental contracts and notices of change to resident controls.
Collaborate on initial rentals, the refurbishment of rented objects, and budgeting; order urgent maintenance work as instructed.
YOUR STRENGTHS AND EXPERIENCE
You hold a Federal VET Diploma as a commercial employee or an equivalent qualification, ideally complemented by further training in real estate management.
You have experience and an interest in the real estate sector.
Precise, autonomous and organised, your organisational talents are recognised and you demonstrate a strong willingness to learn.
With a taste for human contact and good communication skills, you enjoy and are capable of working in a team.
You are comfortable with common IT tools (Microsoft Office suite), and a good knowledge of the GREM system is necessary.
