Construction Manager: Civil Engineering and Demolition

For our location in St. Gallen, we are looking for a

Construction Manager: Civil Engineering and Demolition to start immediately or by arrangement.

• Management of construction sites in the areas of civil engineering, demolition, earthworks, and utility construction
• Responsibility for AVOR, site organisation, and site management
• Monitoring of deadlines, costs, quality, and occupational safety
• Preparation of construction invoices and processing of quotations
• Contact person for clients, planners, authorities, and internal departments
• Leadership and support of the construction site team

• Experience in construction management, ideally in civil engineering, demolition, earthworks, or utility construction
• Independent, reliable, and responsible working style
• Entrepreneurial thinking as well as a good sense for quality, costs, and deadlines
• Communicative, resilient, and team-oriented personality
• Good IT skills, ideally in SORBA and MS Office
• Driving licence category B
