Your Profile
- Experience in long-term care
- Completed AGS training and in-depth experience in care and support
- High social competence, ability to work in a team, flexibility and commitment.
- Empathy, patience & understanding in dealing with people with dementia & those in need of care
- Good German language skills, both spoken and written
- A positive attitude & sense of humour
