Job Description
- Participate in the analysis of needs and the definition of technical and functional solutions.
- Develop and maintain SQL developments.
- Provide support and follow-up on application issues.
- Participate in testing phases, notably User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to identify and resolve encountered issues.
- Contribute to the monitoring and execution of IT projects.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of existing applications and processes.
- Ensure good communication between the various stakeholders involved in projects.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in project-oriented IT environments.
- Strong command of SQL and significant development experience.
- Experience in application support and analysis of technical issues.
- Good experience with UAT testing and solution validation with users.
- Ability to understand both technical and functional issues.
- Experience in a HRIS environment is an asset.
- Experience or interest in Artificial Intelligence solutions would be a real plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ease in communication with diverse stakeholders.
