What is my role?

• You operate a high-performance manroland Rotoman web offset press and realise complex multi-colour prints to perfection

• You independently give the green light for production start and secure every job through precise quality documentation

• You guarantee compliance with ISO/swissPSO quality standards for every single print job

• You lead your shift team with competence and ensure smooth workflows

• You take care of the professional maintenance and servicing of the printing equipment

What do I need to be successful?

• A completed vocational training as a Print Technologist EFZ, preferably with a focus on web offset printing

• Practical experience in commercial printing is an advantage

• Strong technical understanding combined with a high quality standard

• Flexibility for shift work in a 3- or 4-shift system

• Enthusiasm for digital tools and innovative printing technologies

• Confident action even under time pressure and in demanding situations

• Team spirit and enjoyment of working with colleagues
