About the job
Hello, we are KiMi. We operate more than 30 daycares, after-school care centres and lunch tables across six cantons. That comes with responsibility: we communicate clearly, have high standards and show commitment. And the whole KiMi team benefits from that. Because: we take it personally, are like a family, think visionary and act professionally. So that children can discover the world together and carefree.
Can you sing three Swiss children’s songs by heart?
Do you still patiently answer the seventh "Why" question?
Can you wipe runny noses by the dozen without feeling disgusted?
If you can answer all this with "Yes" and look forward every day to being with children, then you are the right Co-Educator 60 - 80% for our location in Niederlenz.
As a co-educator, you support the groups according to the instructions and guidelines of the group leader. You assist in accompanying and promoting the children, are an important contact person for the children and parents, and take responsibility for the group during absences.
What you get from us:
A great, committed team that treats each other with respect, open communication, a secure job in a large network, opportunities for further training and advancement, flexible workloads, individual working hours and a fair salary based on kibesuisse standards. In addition: free meals, free KiMi clothing, many ZFV staff discounts and much more.
What you bring:
- First and foremost, of course, a passion for working with children. But also:
- a qualification as a childcare professional (EFZ) or early years educator or an equivalent qualification (please attach SBFI recognition)
- a big heart for children with the corresponding patience
- responsibility and professionalism
- team spirit and assertiveness
