For the next growth phase, we are looking for an entrepreneurial sales personality who will further build our brand and drive it forward with energy and foresight.

• You will lead pflegehero into the next growth phase
• You will create the conditions to integrate caring relatives into a care and therapy team
• You will take on a role model function at the front line in contact with end customers
• You will build a resilient network with referrers and maintain it systematically
• You will take responsibility for the results of the department
• You will position pflegehero as a quality and trust leader and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

• Goal-oriented doer and sales personality with proven success in building a business or sales area
• Strong analytical skills, structured thinking and professional implementation strength
• Sensitivity to a socially and politically observed topic
• Higher education in business administration or health-specific orientation is an advantage
• Experience in the Swiss healthcare system is a significant advantage
• Very good German language skills
