As Team Leader / Personnel Manager Shunting Service in Visp, you play a key role in ensuring smooth internal goods flows and coordinating the operational daily business in the loading and unloading center. You actively contribute to promoting our safety culture and continuously improving processes. In this position, you have the opportunity to lead a dedicated team and significantly influence the efficiency and quality of our operations with your expertise.

Your tasks:

• Personnel responsibility in the shunting service as well as coordination of daily business in the loading and unloading center
• Control and timely billing of orders (including monthly closings)
• Cost center responsibility for the shunting service
• Analysis and optimization of daily work processes in collaboration with the team
• Handling of incidents and implementation of derived measures
• Ensuring compliance with legal and internal safety regulations
• Planning and conducting regular Safety Walks & Talks

Qualifications & Experience:

• Several years of leadership experience
• Training in personnel coordination and leadership development
• Strong social and motivational skills
• Strong safety awareness and active promotion of the safety culture
• Strong communication skills as well as structured, solution-oriented working style
• Resilience and initiative in changing requirements
