Apprentice Kitchen Assistant EBA
Your training with a view: At Pilatus, you will find a lively training place in the kitchen of Restaurant Fräkmüntegg (1,416 m above sea level). From August 2027, we offer you an exciting apprenticeship as a Kitchen Assistant EBA, where you can bring your joy of food and cooking every day.
What you can achieve
- Preparing tasty dishes from high-quality seasonal ingredients
- Assisting in the preparation of mise en place for the free-flow restaurant
- Supporting the management of a station in the daily operation, including serving food to guests
- Occasional deployment in the kitchens at Pilatus Kulm (including overnight stay on Pilatus)
- Other tasks according to the training plan
What distinguishes you
- Successful completion of secondary school
- Passion for cooking and enjoyment in handling food
- Good sense of smell and taste as well as a feel for colours and decorations
- Good comprehension and strong awareness of hygiene
- Warm, cheerful and reliable personality with good team spirit
