Do you want to work with plants and experience every day how new things grow and thrive? Then this apprenticeship is just right for you!
Your tasks
As a Gardener*in Plant Production Federal VET Diploma holder, you ensure that colour and life come to gardens, balconies, and interiors.
Your duties include:
- Sowing, propagation, and cultivation of ornamental plants for indoor and outdoor areas
- Working in greenhouses as well as outdoors
- Planting and maintaining flower beds, containers, and cemetery grounds
- Advising customers
- Identifying and treating plant diseases and pests
What you bring

- Skill and care in practical work
- Enjoyment of contact and team spirit
- Reliable and precise working methods
Training
- Duration: 3 years
- Qualification: Federal VET Diploma (EFZ)
- 1 day per week of classes at vocational school
- A total of 17 days of inter-company courses (ÜK)
