Mental Health Nurse (M/F)

Your mission
- Support clients presenting psychological disorders or psychiatric illnesses in their home life project. Work in a partnership perspective by giving meaning and coherence while collaborating closely with the entourage and relatives to develop trusting relationships
- Develop the therapeutic project taking into account the complexity of care and develop it according to evolution
- Manage the comprehensive and integrative care of clients while relying on internal stakeholders and interdisciplinary teams and in good coordination with institutions involved in the care network
- Actively contribute to the sustainable home maintenance of clients through prevention and health promotion measures while considering individual needs with personalised care and promoting client autonomy
- Provide support and guidance to interdisciplinary teams in the care of clients in general care or mental health
- Participate in development projects and working groups around the continuous improvement of mental health care services in the field of home help and care
- Actively collaborate in the activities of interdisciplinary teams with a distinct role allowing you to value your nursing expertise as a full stakeholder in the health system
Your profile and skills
- Bachelor in nursing or equivalent qualification (foreign diploma recognised by the CRS)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the psychiatric and/or psychogeriatric field in Switzerland
- Experience in the medico-social field is an asset and strong interest in community health
- Ability to collaborate in a network and multidisciplinary environment
- Sense of responsibility and professional ethics
