For a specialised Swiss consulting company, we are looking for an experienced Senior IT Consultant Public Sector who independently manages demanding digitalisation projects in public administrations.
We are seeking a consultancy-strong personality with experience in process analysis, specialist conception, and project management, as well as a good understanding of the structures of the public sector.

- Analysing and optimising complex business and administrative processes
- Developing specialist, detailed, and solution concepts
- Preparing studies, decision-making bases, and recommendations for action
- Leading complex digitalisation and transformation projects
- Taking on specialist responsibility within demanding client mandates
- Coordinating interdisciplinary project teams and relevant stakeholders
- Supporting projects from analysis to successful implementation
- Further training in project management, business analysis, or digital transformation is an advantage
- Several years of consulting experience in the public administration environment
- Solid experience with digitalisation and transformation projects
- Very good knowledge in process analysis and specialist conception
- Experience in leading complex projects and client mandates
- Strong analytical, organisational, and planning skills
- Fluent German skills (C2) and business fluent English skills (at least C1), any additional national language is a great advantage

Profile
- University degree from a University of Applied Sciences, ETH, or university in business informatics, computer science, or a comparable field- Further training in project management, business analysis, or digital transformation is an advantage

- Solid experience with digitalisation and transformation projects
- Very good knowledge in process analysis and specialist conception
- Experience in leading complex projects and client mandates
- Strong analytical, organisational, and planning skills
