WHAT YOU DO
As a Department Manager, you lead and support your team and promote an inclusive culture that strengthens collaboration and entrepreneurial thinking. You ensure an excellent operational and visual experience for customers and colleagues in the store.
You:
- ensure a strong visual and commercial presentation to provide a great shopping experience, using service tools, for our customers.
- analyze sales and budget goals, developing optimization measures.
- efficiently plan tasks and staff deployment, ensuring the smooth operation of all processes – from the sales floor to storage areas to checkout and fitting room routines, as well as daily store opening and closing.
- strategically develop your team through targeted recruiting, onboarding, regular feedback discussions, performance evaluations, and individual development.
