What is my role?

You accompany people with support needs on their individual life path and help them to lead a self-determined life. In doing so, you work closely with the residents and support them in all areas of everyday life.

• You are an important contact person and stand by people in all life situations. Whether in leisure activities, daily living, or personal matters

• You develop individual support goals together with the residents and implement them creatively

• You actively shape the group’s daily routine, organise activities, and ensure a pleasant living atmosphere

• You work hand in hand with relatives, legal representatives, and other professionals

• You document developmental steps professionally and regularly evaluate them

What do I need to be successful?

You have completed training as a Care Specialist EFZ or have a comparable socio-pedagogical qualification. Your enthusiasm for working with people is important to us.

• You have a stable personality with a good sense of humour and remain calm even in challenging situations

• You work independently, think solution-oriented, and keep an overview even with many tasks

• Flexibility is not a foreign word to you. Late shifts, weekend duties, and occasional night on-call duties are part of it for you ?

• You hold a category B driving licence and enjoy being mobile

• You find it easy to use digital tools and documentation systems
