Caretaker

Are you handy, reliable and able to keep an overview even in hectic situations? Do you enjoy ensuring that buildings, facilities and outdoor areas are well maintained, safe and functional? Due to a retirement, we are looking for a committed and responsible person for our location in Wülflingen. In this versatile role, you will take responsibility for the maintenance and care of our properties and contribute significantly with your work to ensuring that employees, learners, visitors and guests feel comfortable with us.

Your tasks

• Responsibility for the care and maintenance of the outdoor area including winter services
• Responsibility for building and facility maintenance
• Independent execution of minor cleaning tasks Assistance with the preparation, execution and follow-up of internal and external events
• Assuming the role of area safety officer at the Wülflingen site

Your profile

• Basic craft training, ideally with a federal certificate of competence as a caretaker
• Enjoyment in dealing with employees, teachers and learners
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as good IT skills (MS Office)
• Willingness for occasional assignments at evening events and weekends as well as at various Strickhof locations
• Solution-oriented, independent and responsible working style as well as driving licence category B
