Deine Aufgaben als Technical Sales Manager

Aufbau und Entwicklung eines Vertriebsnetzwerks in Südtirol und angrenzenden Provinzen

Beratung und Verkauf von nachhaltigen Pflanzenschutzmitteln an landwirtschaftliche Betriebe, Winzer und Obstbauern

Betreuung bestehender Kunden und Neukundenakquise

Durchführung von Produktschulungen und Teilnahme an Fachmessen

Marktanalysen und Entwicklung von Vertriebsstrategien

Le tue responsabilità

Sviluppare e ampliare la rete di distribuzione in Alto Adige e nelle province vicine

Consulenza e vendita di prodotti per la protezione delle piante sostenibili a aziende agricole, viticoltori e frutticoltori

Assistenza ai clienti esistenti e acquisizione di nuovi clienti

Organizzazione di corsi di formazione sui prodotti e partecipazione a fiere di settore

Analisi del mercato e sviluppo di strategie di vendita

Dein Profil

Erfahrung im Vertrieb oder in der Agrarbranche

Fachausweis für den Handel und Vertrieb von Pflanzenschutzmitteln

Begeisterung für nachhaltige Landwirtschaft

Selbstständige, ziel- und problemlösungsorientierte, kreative Arbeitsweise

Kommunikationsstärke und Überzeugungskraft

Italienisch- und Deutschkenntnisse erforderlich

Führerschein und Reisebereitschaft

Certificato per il commercio e la distribuzione di prodotti fitosanitari

Conoscenza dell’italiano e del tedesco

Patente di guida e disponibilità a viaggiare
