Construction Project Manager (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• You will process and oversee construction projects in the area of new builds and conversions
• As the on-site construction manager, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth site operations and coordinating craftsmen and subcontractors
• Additionally, you will handle approval processes, cost estimates, cost control, and site billing, supported by the professional team
• Collaboration with clients, authorities, architects, and building draftsmen completes your demanding range of tasks

Requirements

• You have training as a bricklayer, carpenter, building draftsman / architectural draughtsman or similar (m/f/d)
• Ideally, you have further training as a federally certified construction manager for building construction, construction technician or equivalent, or are currently undergoing such training (m/f/d)
• If you are an experienced construction tradesperson wishing to develop towards construction management, you are also very welcome
• Are you also independent, well organised, collegial, and skilled in negotiation?
