Job description
We are looking for a Project Manager R&D - Experienced 3D Graphic Designer, with a solid background in the luxury sector. You will work closely with our development and design teams to produce exceptional visuals, animations, and real-time 3D applications in a cutting-edge technology environment.
🔥Your responsibilities:
- You drive and coordinate the production and optimization of 3D assets (Substance, Blender, Unity).
- You integrate and optimize real-time 3D scenes (Unity, Unreal Engine is a plus).
- You create 3D and 2D assets, images, video animations, and real-time 3D applications, from conception to delivery, while respecting deadlines, quality, and requirements.
- You participate in the entire workflow of a real-time 3D project, from conception to delivery.
- You produce pre-calculated 3D images and videos (Blender).
- You collaborate closely with development and graphics teams to ensure the coherence and performance of deliverables.
- You create 2D elements (textures, UI) using the Adobe Suite.
- You ensure technological and artistic monitoring to stay at the forefront of trends and tools in the industry.
- You are proactive in artistic and technical choices and contribute to the continuous improvement of production methods.
🎯Your profile:
- You hold a higher degree in 3D/2D graphics (minimum Bachelor level).
- You have confirmed experience (minimum 4 years) in a similar position in the industry, ideally in a demanding context.
- You master all phases of production and optimization of 3D assets: modeling, texturing, lighting, rigging, and animation.
- You have proven skills in integrating and optimizing real-time 3D scenes.
- You demonstrate excellent mastery of the production and post-production of 3D images and videos.
- You are used to documenting your projects completely and up to date (specifications, plans, progress reports).
- You know how to set up and track KPIs to measure project progress and adjust plans accordingly.
- You ensure clear and effective communication between technical teams and internal clients.
- You conduct technological, artistic, and business monitoring to propose innovative solutions and continuously improve graphic production processes.
