Assistant Manager of the Micarna Shop

What you will accomplish

• Ensure the replacement of the Micarna Shop manager by guaranteeing the smooth running of the sales point
• Welcome, advise and assist customers in French and German with professionalism and friendliness
• Manage payments and ensure proper cash register maintenance
• Highlight products in the store to offer a neat and attractive shopping experience
• Carry out product labelling with rigour and precision
• Follow up on orders and contribute to smooth supply management
• Participate in cash management in compliance with internal procedures

What you bring

• Education: Completed professional apprenticeship (CFC)
• Specialisation: Butcher-Charcutier CFC or significant experience in the meat sector
• Professional experience: 2-3 years managerial experience, sales experience is a plus
• You have good knowledge of IT tools (Office Suite, SAP)
• You present a neat and professional image
• You enjoy customer contact and know how to create a welcoming and trustworthy relationship
• You are recognised for your reliability, honesty and sense of responsibility
• You have good physical condition and are comfortable working in a cold environment
• French (B1)
• German (B1)
